The Incognito Project

My sister's mother-in-law, Terry Strickland terrystricklandart.com/ is an incredibly talented oil painter whose work you should all check out. For the past two years, she has been working on a series of portraits called "The Incognito Project," which features models costumed to show off their inner personas.

This fall, she will be showing paintings from this project at a show in Birmingham, AL. Accompanying the show, they will be selling coffee table books of the project, published through the Strickland family's independent publishing startup, Matter Deep Publishing www.matterdeeppublishing.com/ . They mainly use digital and print on demand services, but in order to have copies on hand at the show, they need some up-front investment.
